WE'RE UNDERWAY FROM HENLEY


It's 10 am in Henley-on-Thames, England and the semifinals of the Women's Henley Regatta have begun on the River Thames.  It's partly cloudy and slightly breezy, but today's weather is expected to be the best of the three-day regatta.   Forecast calls for mostly sunny conditions with 10-15 mph winds from the West and only a 10 percent chance of rain (shockingly low, given the week we've had).
